Our Truffle Sauce is one of our most popular truffle-based products because it is simple and versatile, for making many truffle-based recipes, and can be refrigerated for up to 15/18 days after opening, provided that the jar is always topped up with olive oil.

DESCRIPTION

Our White Truffle Oil is made with the finest White Truffles & Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Expect complex earthy aromas with powerful White Truffle flavors.

Use instead of or with truffles, to enhance their flavour and aroma. Add it during cooking or at the end; we advise against using it at the beginning of the cooking process to preserve its aroma. Ideal with all dishes and preparations that require olive oil as a condiment and any other recipe you may create: with fresh or dry pasta, canapes, bruskette, meat and fish dishes, fresh salads, grilled vegetables, fried eggs and pizza. The recommended dose is about 10/15 ml per person, although we suggest you put the bottle on the table and leave your guests to help themselves.
