White truffle cream


Delicate and light coloured cream with visible slices of Fine White Truffles. It can be used as a condiment for risottos, pasta dishes, like tagliatelle and fettuccine, or as a relish with beef fillets and poultry. It is also excellent as a spread on crostini and bruschettas, or as a filling for pasta.
