Preserved black truffles


You can slice whole black summer truffles in brine directly on your dishes, like fresh truffles, or grind them and add to heated oil or butter and use as a flavoursome condiment in riž, pasta dishes, fried eggs, meat or fish dishes. You can also use the preservation brine as a condiment, because it is imbued with the aroma of the truffles.
