Asparagus cream with truffles


Our Aspraragus cream with black truffles is ready to use product. It is an excellent condiment for pasta dishes, pulse soups, cold pasta and a relish for cold meats; it can be used straight from the jar, gently heated with olive oil, or added to stock or cream, as you prefer.


Asparagus (85%), extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum vitt.) min 5%, salt, flavoring.
